I bought two of these chairs, one was ok the other had a leg that was longer than the rest so the chair was wobbly, they refused to send me another leg and wanted me to send the chair back. The hassle involved in taking the chair to the post office (bulky item) and paying for packaging to send back is not worth my effort and I don't have the time. This shouldn't be my problem. They didn't even offer a partial refund for the issue. Also, they stopped responding to my messages.
