Paid extra $5.00 to have delivered the next day which was advertised as was in pain. Which would have been Nov 9 or 10 Friday but did not arrive as advertised they pleaded with me to wait a extra 3 days as it was weekend. They did not want to give me back my $5.00 but I insisted as I had paid for express post which should have arrived her on time. As order was placed on Wednesday the 8th November.
