After the seller dispatched the item in a timely manner, the delivery company proceeded to make an absolute mess of it and sent the package to the wrong address and seemed to lose track of it. All through this mess-up, which was not the fault if the seller, the seller was always available for contact and took an interest in sorting out the problem. For reasons unknown to either of us, the package eventually arrived.
