Item was not sent express, as that is what was paid for. Seller did not respond to messages or email, even after dispute was raised. I was charged additional postage with Australia Post to pickup on this and other order, as label used was for a small satchel and item was posted with one of the forks from a seperate order. Good prices but not good service.
