Initially, communication o. k. When SENDLE stuffed up delivery, no communication from seller whatsoever; and issue resolved independently. To top it off, despite seemingly well-packaged, 4 out of the 6 long candles already broken in box. Ridiculous. There was no point contacting seller, as had already demonstrated avoids 'stress' at all costs; and it would have cost me more time-wise, cost-wise and tolerance-wise to send package back etc. etc..
