This is day two of using my dehydrater with 18 shelves I can now fill the dogs cookie jar. Thank you.

The timer turns the machine on and off but doesn’t count down and power off the machine as a timer should. The fan and the heating element are connected backwards, the fan works with the temperature control and the heating elements are always on. There is no way to control the temperature. I’ve been in contact with the seller for a week with no resolution and I’m very disappointed with there customer service. All I want is what I paid for.
