I bought this for the bolt through handle, like a full tang knife. It's a nice piece and I'm making a 14" stainless ring for it to go on my outdoor cooker. We'll see if the welds hold up otherwise I'll rivet it. I'm perfecting fried rice and had to get away from using a cast iron skillet.
