The laptop was packed carefully to ensure it would be protected during transit. It was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. It had clearly been given a good cleaning, and arrived in great shape. All hardware works well, including the DVD drive and the network adapter. The battery charges up and holds the charge. I would happily buy from this seller again.

I am very positively impressed with this seller -- helpful, communicative, prompt. The computer arrived well-packaged and in very nice condition. I am very pleased with it and am blessed to finally have a replacement for my previous 32-bit Windows 7 Pro T410. My big disappointment is that the ThinkVantage package is missing from the system, but I can adapt to computing without it. (If only I could retrieve that package from my other T410!) I would definitely buy again from laptopused. THANK YOU!
