Item pictured in listing is not how it's sent. Didn't expect to have to put in so much time and effort to enjoy my product only for it to be broken at the end..was sent another one in the same way and was told not to be so heavy handed this time.. I had to try carefully cut it out of heaps of surrounding plastic which doesn't come away to easily. Pictures for reference .

you can not blame us for the poduct being damage in the post what you have failed to say is you where sent a new one free of charge with no question asked or proof of picture that is arrived broken.
