Delayed by Aus Post however communicated by seller. Laptop has a few dints and scratches but is expected when buying refurbished. Make sure to give your device a good wipe down as it was quite dirty. Other than that device works as described.

An overall positive experience with seller - product came shipped well wrapped in bubble wrap. Box took a hit in transit, but the laptop was undamaged. The laptop itself was in good condition with expected wear and tear for a 4 year old laptop. Charger included was brand new which was a pleasant surprise.No invoice was included in the package, but a digital invoice was promptly shared when requested.

The item took a little while longer to get here than I expected. I was a little concerned as it was coming interstate by regular post and initially I wanted to change this, but communication did not allow changes. When the item arrived, it was perfectly packed, the thunderbolt screen was exactly as advertised. My IT man has installed the screen, it is nothing short of amazing, and looks brand new. I would not hesitate to buy other goods from this seller.
