The neutral rating is because of the mix up at the sellers end with the consent emailing back and forth for a $4 part. The 1 star because the description must of been too hard for the seller figure out he correct item to send. 3 star for all the emails sent back and forth. Which all that had to do is look at order and send the right items. 4 star for shipping be cause I had to wait for the correct filters. 5 star for sipping cause it was free, but was it worth the hassel gor 2. $4 filters?
