Item listed as new, but the box was opened on the side. Fortunately, I saw this in the photos posted so I already knew it was opened. The envelope is deteriorated badly which was a little disappointing BUT, I did not buy this doll for the packaging. I bought it for the doll which is beautiful and I love it. Shipping costs were steep, but I got what I paid for. I would totally buy from this seller again. Thank you.
