There was a problem with fulfilling the order, so I had the choice of cancelling, or waiting for a replacement hat---I asked for a replacement, and communication was fantastic throughout. The hat came in a lovely gauze bag, and with a bonus hat (totally unnecessary, but much appreciated). Thank you!
