The seller got it to me in TWO DAYS from Kentucky. Remarkable. The laptop is BRAND NEW. No hyperbole, it is still SEALED. I am so happy with this purchase that I feel like buying another one. It was packed with care and attention. Bubble wrap filled every nook and cranny so that the merchandise will not shift a single centimeter during transit. The outer box was wrapped in an inconspicuous black plastic and mummified in packer's tape. I don't write eBay reviews but I just had to write one. A++++
