“When received Friday, March 15, 2024, shipping box was not damaged. Product box was sealed and not damaged. Inside the jars were leaking all over... see photo. This was shipped via "UPS Next Day Air Saver®" from a Florida address and may have been de-pressurized in the cargo hold as it traveled 1 THIS IS NOW UNUSABLE !...... It was not damaged by UPS shipper, but was a poor choice of shipping method.”

Was sent the wrong item, and after it was delivered, i was only given the option of a refund, not a return/exchange, despite the fact that the seller has continued to sell the correct item at a new, much higher, price. Also the refund i received was only 65% of the original purchase price, with no justification. After attempting to contact them on multiple occasions for the remainder, i was repeatedly ignored and can now no longer make any further claim through ebay. They have stolen my money.
