Cheap monitor. Packing not great. Dusty as. Base of monitor stand had some sticky crap on it that looked like someone had spilt a drink on their desk and it'd dries in place. It'll do the job just don't expect it to be clean. I did that and it's fine now.

The item took a little while longer to get here than I expected. I was a little concerned as it was coming interstate by regular post and initially I wanted to change this, but communication did not allow changes. When the item arrived, it was perfectly packed, the thunderbolt screen was exactly as advertised. My IT man has installed the screen, it is nothing short of amazing, and looks brand new. I would not hesitate to buy other goods from this seller.
