I would give this seller 20 positive reviews if I could. The price seemed too good compared to everything else online, but it was a completely legit product, (Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro), and it arrived in great timing. What is amazing is that I had some issues with the printer, (self-inflicted), but their customer support is top of the line. im sure everything will be in the box(s) as advertised... really frustrated though... why sendle? to save a few bucks? this is by far the worst shipping company... look at the reviews. don't do this to your other customers please... use a trusted shipper... the cost will be up to the customer and you will get an official tracking code from usps or ups... mine stopped updating about 2 weeks ago and now says its in kc mo... like 2 days ago. 5 out of 5 for everythin else when it gets here.
