I am sorry it was not as good as you wanted. First and most important you never contacted me at all about an issue. I cannot help if I do not know there is a problem. I would have easily seen if I had a better one to ship then pay to get that back.one back. A simple easy solution. I am always here to help. Each one of those I take a Brillo to clean the top of all marks and Scratches. I honestly do not remember a long scratch, or I would have tried to remove it or not ship. Try Brillo again.on it

After having a brand new wheel for over the 30 day return period. I had not unpackaged the wheel until I took it into the tire shop to have a tire put on it. Well, they told me the wheel was defective. I contacted the seller and they got back with me quickly and said they would find something out and let me know if they could do anything. It’s not a huge defect, but I paid for a new one. I ask for a small refund. Annnnd, I haven’t heard back from them yet and it’s been about another 30 days.

So Before Bashing a Seller for an issue make sure you have the Right One. I never sold any wheel to you. I just shipped a Wii Balance Board Battery Compartment. Always give that seller a chance to rectify a problem or open a return even if after the time allocated. We all make mistakes. Any issue can be resolved. Use a Negative Feedback only as a last resort or even better never at all. Keep the World Positive!
