Items as described, good price & packed well. Good communication from vendor because FedEx delivery took longer than promised (apparently not the vendor's fault as I was tracking the delivery and FedEx took their sweet time moving these items from place to place). I have not used these toner cartridges yet but if I encounter any problems with them, I will be sure to contact the vendor and update my rating if necessary.
