Glass bowl and cups arrived completely smashed, inadequately packaged for the weight and fragility of the glass items. Seller refused to issue refund, attempted to make me file a fraudulent claim with UPS for something clearly their fault (glass items packed loosely in box, poorly taped, using old Amazon wrappers). Seller insulted me via message when I attempted to get resolution, and still has not refunded me. Said they will refund me when UPS refunds them. Wouldn’t suggest this seller.
