App could use some improvements on how their activity zone setup features are located within the app. Now that I know where it's at it's not a very big deal but some folks may struggle with it a little more.

It has a very powerful light, but the sensitivity and detection are unpredictable even if you adjust in the app. The solar panels absolutely do work well with this provided you have a good 6-8 hours of direct sunlight otherwise there is a parasitic draw. Overnight you can lose a few percent of power. Big improvement on the Nightvision feature
Big improvement in nightvision feature even with the flood lights off. Wider angle and clearer picture at night. I think I'm going to change all my cameras to the regular Arlo 3 because of this improvement

Useless
Save yourself your time and money and buy literally any other camera. Mine worked fine for about 2 months before it failed and would not connect to wifi with no explanation. Arlo support was no help at all. I followed all of their suggestions and even swapped out my router for a new one that they recommended to no avail. Finally after having it sit in my garage for 6 months, I decided to try to connect it again… and it worked! Again, no explanation for this? But now, it will not store recordings. Useless when you live in the city and have folks looking in your car windows in the middle of the night and you can’t even review the video the next morning. Arlo support again… completely unhelpful. I’ll stick with Ring and Blink from now on. Save yourself your time and money and buy literally any other camera.
