Not direct replacement. Replaced board in genuine 2021 Makita battery. The good: the board worked well and gave me the battery back. The bad: Dremel and pliers needed as terminals were inaccurate. Individual battery tag holes were too small - tags needed trimming. One connector was at right angles to the original. The final connection at the other end was inset slightly more - yet more pliers work. Test switch was deeper so locked the light on until ground out. Check yours first!
