Easy to turn on & connects immediately to exercise bike.
I love this heart rate sensor!!! It connects immediately to my Pro Form exercise bike when I press the bluetooth connect button on the bike and begins reading immediately. I had started out with an iFit chest strap and it was terrible to say the least. It took up to 25 minutes to connect and I would have started sweating at 3 minutes, and it didn't matter how I adjusted it. This Polar OH1 is 100% better and I couldn't be happier with it. I read in a review that I would need to download an app to my phone to be able to use it but it connects directly to my exercise bike with no need of a phone app.I love this heart rate sensor!!! No fuss
Very simple operation and sync. Apps are awesome too. Definitely get Polar Flow and Beat. Flow works very well when using the OH1 as a stand alone and Beat is good for real time.
