Was able to communicate with the vendor easily before ordering. The item arrived earlier than expected, very well wrapped. My only "wince" was the shipping cost, which was more than double the price of the item. I understand why, but OUCH!! Because the chair carried significant meaning to me (my late mother had the identical chair, which got lost in the shuffle of life), I bit the bullet and went ahead and ordered it. It had some damage, but it was used, so no regrets. Good seller.
