Returned CPU within the 30 day time period new & sealed. Seller tried to first charge me a 20% restock fee at first for the return which is not allowed on eBay. Once they received the CPU he is now trying to claim I sent him back a " grey stock import". Seller tried to do everything they could to keep the money & scam me. Worst seller I have ever dealt with I highly suggest to not purchase products from this seller as he is committing fraud trying to scam customers. They should be banned!

As I had a couple of months on my current subscription I left installing the new product until a few days ago. The product key did not work. I contacted the seller with the photos and instead of trying to sort out the problem, they told me to contact the company instead. To me they either sold a Temp Key or the same key been issued to two people and whoever installed it first the second person would miss out. Regardless no effort was made to rectify the problem other than contact Norton.
