This Wills Finecast model is an older type with some flash present and plastic tender wheels, but all the parts are in the box, accurately described by the seller. So I'm sure that with care and a fair bit of time, this will make a very, heavy, good looking locomotive. I would have no hesitation in using this seller again should anything happen to tickle my fancy.
