Product did not work. Would not recommend.
The universal voice remote was hard to program and once program started making a clicking noise, back battery plate was loose and would not hold batteries in properly. Kept on Turning on and off, Just Not Working. I Got This One to Replace Another One I Had, That Was Having Similar Problems with Battery Compartment and Turning off. Would Not Recommend.

I'm paralyzed from the shoulders down. READ BELOW!
I'm paralyzed from the shoulders down. W/O it I'd be up a creek without a paddle, unable to turn my TV on/off, change channels, etc. If you're able bodied and buy one and you're too lazy to use a normal remote, try getting off you duff. These can be temperamental as I've had a multitude of different ones. Whatever you do, do not drop them on a hard surface! You'll be on eBay looking for another one. Also the A/C adapter like ALL A/C adapters can't take a lot of stretching of the cord. I've been through about four of the A/C adapters (not so bright helpers). Member of the family has onset of Macullar Degeneration and this product will be useful in lieu of trying to see the small buttons on a remote.

too hard to use
it took over an hour and i still am trying to get it to work right also only works with the box not tv it can me an expensive piece of junk unless if it is able to be programed for you
