    Best tenderizer on the market

    Absoluteky best tenderizer on market - this form is easy to take apart and re-assemble after putting in dishwasher. Had the one that was the thing from Hell to reassemble -ugh! This replaced it, wonderful product!!

    TERRIBLE ITEM and here's why...

    This item broke before I even used it! Beware: ATTENTION: Caution: DO NOT TAKE IT APART LIKE THE INSTRUCTION BOOK SAYS--IT WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TOGETHER then you're stuck with a worthless kitchen tool. I took it apart as the book says (I also have the 15 blade Jaccard so I know how to take apart and put back together according to the booklet) and put it thru the dishwasher and took it out and it would not go back together. The blades catch on the plastic safety piece where the blades come thru via spring activated motion... Save your money and buy a different product like the 15 blade instead of this one and push it into the meat three times more times. Worthless! Can't say that enough! Biggest waste of money I have ran across this year! Will not buy from again!

    A Truly Gourmet Experience

    Anyone who is serious about cooking needs this Jaccard device. With it I can turn the toughest cut of meat into a delectable tender cut rivalling a filet mignon. The blades are removable for cleaning and that is something a lot of other tenderizers seem to have neglected. This Jaccard is so easy to use, so easy to clean, so well-constructed, so reasonably priced, now anyone with the least bit of motivation can produce a gourmet table with ease and grace. I will never be without it!
