Very fast postage , looked exactly as described , however the unit was faulty . Advised supplier of issues , bad pilot arc , supplier said to take cover off and adjust spark gap . This proved marginally better but pilot arc still hit and miss . Supplier sent replacement very quickly however this one was worse than the first . Advised supplier that both units had Cut 40 pc boards inside . These are not 65 amp plasma cutters , max output 38 amps, appear counterfeit . Supplier gave full refund .

I'd like to give this 5 stars but cannot.
The unit itself is fine, and the consumables shipped installed on the torch were good.
However the metal nozzles provided as spares are unusable.
Their threads are ~0.6mm too small so they simply slip into the torch without thread engagement (see photos) and instantly blow out when the torch trigger is touched.
Also, the hose barb fittings provided for the air filter are too small a thread and will not seal to it even with LOTS of PTFE tape.

Very low quality but what else would you expect. Nowhere near the quality of my similarly priced Michigan 40A high freq plasma but this one works reliably with CNC being a pilot arc start machine. With a 16A breaker, running at anything over 25A trips the breaker constantly of course so not a home friendly tool. Seller is exceptionally honest and trustworthy with quick response so can’t really lose here. Thanks!
