    Shimano guide and tension wheels

    Amazing how you forget these two little wheels attached to the rear derailleurs. Mine must have done thousands of miles before I considered changing them trying to get rid of an annoying noise. What a difference they made. Cheap to purchase, easy to install and cured my annoying problem.

    Original is best

    Have used these before then switched to aluminium items with centre bearing. They only last a dozen rides before the bearing falls apart. Have now switched back to Shimano as they last at least a full season. Might not add bling to the bike but function & life is what counts.

    Cost effective alt. to RD-M800

    Bought this as a temporary stop gap waiting for the RD-M800 I ordered from elsewhere to arrive. Fitted OK and works well. Will keep using this and keep the other one as a spare.
