The item was poorly packed, came in the original box just wrapped with some paper. Normally this might not be a problem, but there is an exposed window showing some pieces that could easily get damaged. Thankfully the product didn't receive damage, but if you wanted to keep the box in good shape, a no go and mine has plenty of dings. Hopefully the seller sees this and re-thinks their packing technique.
