It never arrived. I had to eventually chase it. Was told it had been rejected by customs? Ita a plastic ball ffs! If I hadn't chased them would I still be sitting here waiting for it? Shouldn't be up to me to ask them. I would expect them to tell me if it had been returned. Total joke. Only a cheap item but peed off on principal. 1 very sad cat and 1 angry cat. Angry cat still sits at window watching incase they sent a replacement.
