Buyer only indicated the item was broken in retaliation for me reporting their fraudulent listing. Failed to provide proof that item did not arrive as described and did not respond to my offer to refund in exchange for a return. Ana appears to buy low value prints, add fake signatures, and resell them as originals signed by the artists. Even if this isn't the case, the signature was still fake as no copies of this print were ever signed in the plate, but rather on the portfolio title page.
