I am extremely happy with the item, Price, packaging, wait time, all good, but the way it was delivered sucks, it is only because we heard the squealing brakes outside that we looked, only to see a man leaving through our front gate, having left our package sitting in full view on top of an aircon unit. no knock, no calling out parcel, such as Aus post would do. When asked why he did not knock he did not even turn around to answer, just called over his shoulder, 'I don't have to knock'.
