The shadows were new and in the box. They were nicely packed, neither were cracked or broken. The shipping was held up, but not due to the seller.The colors were as shown, but the size of the shadow was very small. Can't tell from the picture, but It looked like a trial size, the picture is deceiving. Not sure if I missed the size in the description, may be my fault. But it was expensive for the size you get.
