I realized straight after I ordered this that it might not have a frame with wheels as is shown in pic 1. that's what I needed 2 frames with wheels and two bags attached. like pic 1.
I cancelled it with the seller within 2 mins. They still sent it and EBAY refused to cancel it saying I can return it later
Sure enough, no frame and only one bag instead of two on the order. No response at all from seller. What a complete rort and a complete waste of time and money. Do not buy from seller.
