Excellent seller - good communications and problem resolution. Items as described and promptly dispatched. Oddly 20 sheets were ordered - but they were posted separately in two packs of 10. Packed in a soft (bubble) envelope with no cardboard stiffening, one pack was damaged in transit (looks as though the corner of a heavy box was pressed into the middle of the package - and crinkled every sheet in the pack). Seller part refunded for the damage.
