item had pretty obvious staining on both sleeves that wasn't mentioned in description & didn't come out in the wash.
contacted seller, who said I could return it, but as I already spent $16 on jacket and there's a 20% restocking fee.. I'd still be still be out the $10 return shipping and the $3.20 restocking ($13.20). .. just to get $12.80 back?
