This was not a good experience I requested a refund as several parts were missing from the puzzle package. I sent pictures showing the missing parts. Seller stated I needed to send more pictures to show parts were actually missing. Than after all that seller will only refund the $18 price of the puzzle but not the $10 shipping fee. I feel since parts are missing therefore puzzle can't be completed at all i should be refunded the cost of shipping as well. Will just use Amazon from now on not Ebay

Despite item being listed as being "fully operational and functions as intended”, the item arrived broken and is completely unusable. After reaching out to the seller two times, he finally admitted that he never even tried the printer prior to listing it. He also didn’t take any responsibility for his actions, nor did he accept to compensate me in any way. I literally feel like I’ve thrown my money in the trash by dealing with this seller.

Seller worked with me to resolve the issue we had with shipping, I got a full refund for this purchase and item did finally get here. However it was not the mini version as stated in the description. Since I was refunded it really didn t matter. In the end, only a little disappointed because I was looking for mini versions of these. Thanks
