The seller shipped my Kindle instantly and kept me updated constantly, the package arrived in less than a week (!), and it was wrapped as carefully as possible with several different layers- cardboard and bubble wrap (extremely important when transporting delicate electronics from overseas). The Kindle itself appeared to be brand new, as described, and after three days of use I can confirm that it is working and recharging. Amazing seller.
