Upon arriving, we inspected the items (as we do with the thousands of cassettes we buy a year) and found that the majority of them were damaged. Seller accepted return but when the item was received, wanted to grill us with questions about the tapes. We opened them to inspect them and found them broken. We followed all channels and seller is looking to argue. He bought my brand new box of 20 maxell cassettes opened 14 of the tapes and stole the inserts out of the cassettes then returned all cassettes back to me. Not one was damaged.
