The manufacture GE mixed up the product numbers on their parts website so my research caused me to order the incorrect freezer door shelves for my preowned freezer that was missing parts.
The error was not my fault nor the fault of the sellers. SanAntinio_parts only compromise was sell me the correct parts at their retail price declining my request for an exchange or return.
My retort was to count my $ loss and retaliate by buying from their competition for a cheaper price.

Let's put the 12-day late delivery aside, but the seller's lack of proper packaging damaged the item during shipping. They used this flimsy paper bag with some small amount of flimsy bubble wrap around it to ship a delicate tiny motor that has a long thin shaft sticking out of it with nothing supporting it and they thought that it was enough packaging to ship a delicate motor like that. And did I mention, I contacted the seller but never heard back.
