    First ring is OK only, 2nd ring is nightmare. 3rd ring is TRAGEDY. Request to custom made the 3rd ring. The whole process took a month confirm details. After I paid, 1 week later this seller said the stone I confirmed the price is much higher. Want me to pay more. This seller just want to use all kind of way to squeeze for more money. Refund me back was this seller INTIMIDATE me. Afterward refuse to cancel the order & refund me back. Need help from eBay. Look at how low feedback this seller is.

    This buyer purchased a three rings from us, this buyer want good quality of citrine gemstone so according to the buyer's need the price was gone a little bit high so we just discuss the pricing with the buyer, but the buyer got angry without any reason and misbehaves with us and also used abusive language in the conversation. We refunded the buyer full amount. This buyer is very clever she knows how to take advantage of eBay money back policy and how to keep the products in free from sellers.
