This was a horrible experience. I sent the seller instructions on what I wanted embroidered on my shirt on March 26. On March 27 I get a message that I need to specify WHAT I want embroidered on the shirt. I replied 2 minutes later: Line #1: Alzafar…Line #2: Leave Blank.
I received the shirt with nothing embroidered on it. Now the seller is refusing to accept a return because I failed to tell them “what I wanted embroidered.” THE SELLER DIDN’T READ OUR MESSAGE EXCHANGES.

Customer failed to read the ad and follow the directions so now he wants to blame us for his failures, be a man and take responsibility for your mistakes and stop blaming everyone else.
