The laptop was listed as an "Open box" item and arrived in pristine condition. I've restored the OS from USB recovery and tested it thoroughly, so far no issues. Factory warranty was about to expire so I went to Dell and added few years just to be safe. It is the second laptop I am purchasing from this seller and both of these were priced very competitively for fairly recent systems.
