Mostly positive. the parcel took ages to arrive but that is not the seller's problem. However, I was surprised that despite the positive communication and the difficulties I was having with my ebay name, I was told I would be receiving 3 bottles which I thought were good for storing in fridge but I have only found 2 bottles .......and I thought the photo included 3 bottles clearly.......and I paid more for the object because the auction at the bidding were very frustrating at the time.

Regarding the third bottle, we did send 3 for you (with the last one being inside the machine itself to save space).
