The Eye Care Revolution
This book has an astounding amount of information related to eye structure, function and eye disease. There is a wealth of information about possible benefits of food and supplementation which most traditional ophthmalogists ignore. Highly recommended for reading and re-reading if you have any issues with eyes. Each time I peruse it, I find some new gem of wisdom.
