When I purchased the phone I thought it would be a “PLUG & PLAY” voip phone. It isn’t. Instructions for use were not supplied, apart from “how to reset the previous owners settings”. Since I could not install the phone without instructions it was of no use to me.
The seller accepted return of the phone and supplied a full refund.

The item took a little while longer to get here than I expected. I was a little concerned as it was coming interstate by regular post and initially I wanted to change this, but communication did not allow changes. When the item arrived, it was perfectly packed, the thunderbolt screen was exactly as advertised. My IT man has installed the screen, it is nothing short of amazing, and looks brand new. I would not hesitate to buy other goods from this seller.
