It arrived quickly and expertly packaged. I didn't install it immediately and when I did things didn't go exactly as I planned. I reached out to the seller who in very responsive emails helped me out. I ordered the exact WRONG replacement. They do have the right part, which I ordered, and suggested that I return the other as ordered by mistake. Awesome customer service!

Since I was on travel, the seller worked with me to verify it was good when I returned. Will deal with them again in the future. The shipping costs were very reasonable given the packaging and weight of the transmission.

This seller was quich to answer our inquiries. The part was wrapped in bubble wrap and sent inside of a box for extra protection. It was shipped timely. After installed, we noticed it to be in perfect working condition. We have baked several meals since, just to make sure the part works in all modalities. The item was as described. We are very satisfied with our purchase! Thank you!
