I purchased 2 Samsung smart remotes that were supposed to be oem remotes and clearly were not when I recieved them a whole month later than the original estimated delivery date. The first 1 was totally useless and would not connect and the 2nd connected but randomly unpairs itself and I have to take the batteries out and reconnect it. Contacted the seller and have gotten the run around then says to send them back and they will reimburse me which the return shipping is $109 dollars!!!! Really!!

This is the worst buy, consider throwing your money in the garbage, On top of bad material -nothing like pictured- they sent the wrong size and they want me to pay more than the price of sports bras to ship back to china. eBay won’t step in because it’s just bad material and wrong size, should’ve selected other reasons and lied in order for eBay to help.
